Did you know that by the age of 14, fifty percent of young people have had some impact or experience around mental health and wellness?

Black Boys OM Exists to Inspire Wellness by creating a connected community of Black Leaders who are already using the tools of Yoga and Mindfulness to create positive and lasting change in their local communities.

CREATE THE SPACE is a marketplace and community that centers Black male health. We utilize the power of shared vulnerability to encourage and facilitate healing, connection, and growth.
Our collective of Black clinicians, coaches, and professionals exists to inspire healing through one-on-one coaching, group therapy, and consulting services.

Our mission is to lead at-risk, exploited and incarcerated youth toward accountability to self, others, and community by providing practical tools to effect behavioral change. We send specially trained yoga teachers, art therapists, creative arts and writing educators into facilities to deliver our mindfulness-based curriculum

Black to Yoga exists to foster greater health and wellness in our communities by increasing access to the transformational power of yoga for Black people, particularly those of the Afrikan Diaspora.
We seek to develop a deeper representation of Black yogis within the larger yoga community, both as teachers as well as students.
Yoga is for EVERY-BODY!
"Thanks so much for your time and grace in working with me on shoulder mobility today! I really needed the help with the shoulder stretches you took me through. I feel newly alive and with renewed motivation to keep going with shoulder work. If you guys haven’t attended one of Rondy’s yoga/stretch classes after the WOD, I highly recommend it.
